Nayb is an AI buying assistant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, that connects customers with trusted local businesses. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, phone, profile photo); your requests, messages, quotes, bookings and reviews; approximate location (city/area) to match you with nearby businesses, with precise GPS used only when you tap Use current location; device and usage information needed to run and secure the app; payment details for businesses are handled by our payment processor, and we do not store full card numbers.
How we use your information
To create and manage your account; match your requests with relevant businesses; enable quotes, chats, bookings and completion confirmation; send service notifications; prevent fraud and abuse; and improve the app. We process your data to provide the service you requested and to comply with UAE law.
Sharing with third parties
Businesses receive relevant request details so they can quote (not your full contact info until you both proceed). Stripe processes business payments and the Nayb success fee securely. Meta/WhatsApp Business is used to notify partners about job requests. Google services are used for search, places and maps. We do not sell your personal data.
Notifications
We send in-app and push notifications about your activity. You can control these in your device settings and your profile. Notifications are delivered in your chosen language (English or Arabic).
Data retention and security
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, though no method is 100% secure.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your account data, and object to certain processing. You can delete your account at any time from the app or by contacting support.
Children
Nayb is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
