Nayb (“we”, “us”) is an AI buying assistant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, that connects customers with trusted local businesses. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
• Account details you provide: name, email, phone number, and profile photo. • Your requests and messages, quotes, bookings and reviews. • Approximate location (city/area) to match you with nearby businesses. Precise GPS is used only when you tap “Use current location”, and is stored to serve you better — it is not shown publicly. • Device and usage information needed to run the app and keep it secure. • Payment details for businesses are handled by our payment processor (see below); we do not store full card numbers.
How we use your information
To create and manage your account; match your requests with relevant businesses; enable quotes, chats, bookings and completion confirmation; send you service notifications; prevent fraud and abuse; and improve the app. We process your data to provide the service you requested and to comply with UAE law.
Sharing with third parties
• Businesses/partners: when you send a request, relevant details (not your full contact info until you both proceed) are shared so they can quote. • Stripe: processes business payments and the Nayb success fee securely. • Meta / WhatsApp Business: used to notify partners about job requests. • Google services: used for search, places and maps. We do not sell your personal data.
Notifications
We send in-app and push notifications about your activity (quotes, confirmations, updates). You can control these in your device settings and your profile. Notifications are delivered in your chosen language (English or Arabic).
Data retention & security
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, though no method is 100% secure.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your account data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You can delete your account at any time from the app or by contacting support.
Children
Nayb is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with an updated date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
